We understand everyone has their own pace for learning things and so we have a unique approach for mentorship progression. We have divided the Mentorship Progression into Chambers. Each Chamber is handled by one or two Mentors. You can take your comfortable time to understand the concepts and make progress at your own pace. Once you complete all the topics defined under one Chamber, you can move on to the next Chamber, which will contain the next topics in the Mentorship Progression.

Traditional training methodology relies on providing you information about a particular subject. This is the basic form of learning that you do in your school, college or a similar training institute. To get good grades you can memorize the information and describe it in the exam from memory.
Professional work environment however works very differently. The challenges are unique most of the time and need solutions based on insight. And insight comes from doing Research and Understanding processes yourself. This program emphasizes self-learning with guided mentorship. We aim to break down technological barriers by helping you realize that all programming languages are fundamentally similar. This will enable you to adapt to any programming language with ease and confidence.
We don't teach you how to do programming. Instead we guide you on how to use programming to deliver professional grade solutions.
While traditional training often focuses on specific skills or technologies, our mentorship program is about guiding you through a holistic learning process. We provide direction and corrections as needed, but the focus is on self-discovery and research. You'll learn to navigate real-world problems and understand professional standards, making you more adaptable and proficient in various programming environments.
The course is structured around interactive mentorship sessions, practical assignments, and continuous feedback. You'll be given projects that mimic real-world scenarios, and our mentors will guide you through best practices and advanced strategies. The emphasis is on self-learning, so you'll be encouraged to research and find solutions independently, with mentors available to help you stay on the right path.
Enrollment is straightforward. Visit our website's enrollment page, fill out the application form, and submit the required information. Our team will review your application and get back to you with the next steps. Please ensure you provide accurate details to facilitate a smooth enrollment process.
We believe in the potential of every aspiring programmer, so there are no strict qualification requirements. However, a basic understanding of programming concepts and experience with any programming language is needed. You must understand the basics of HTML and CSS.
A standard computer with at least 8GB of RAM, a multi-core processor, and a stable internet connection is recommended. You should also have administrative rights to install necessary software and tools that will be used during the program. Specific requirements may vary depending on the projects and programming languages you'll be working with.
If you're not selected, don't be discouraged. We encourage you to apply again in the future. In the meantime, you can continue improving your skills through self-study and by participating in other online coding communities. Stay in touch with us for updates on future mentorship opportunities and resources that can help you prepare for your next application.
